摘要
合成了具有一般公式 Bi0.9-xRxLa0.1FeO3（R=Gd, Tb, Dy 等）的磁电复合物。这些材料表现出铁电性和磁性的共存，具有较高的介电常数，并在室温下表现出磁电耦合。这种材料在基础研究及其应用研究中可能具有重大意义。
