过渡金属掺杂立方SiC的磁性

摘要
我们在此报告使用第一性原理密度泛函理论计算对过渡金属掺杂SiC的研究。我们考虑了3d过渡金属分别作为Si位和C位的替位杂质掺杂的立方SiC。掺杂Cr、Mn的立方SiC表现出铁磁性，而掺杂Sc、Ti、V和Co的磁性表现出位置依赖性。其余杂质被发现是非磁性的。
