利用 SLIM 实验在高空进行磁单极子搜寻

摘要

SLIM 实验是位于查卡尔塔亚高空实验室(海拔 5230 米)的大型核径迹探测器阵列。该探测器对质量范围为 105<M<101210^5 < M <10^{12} GeV 的中等质量磁单极子特别敏感。通过对全探测器曝光超过 4 年的数据进行分析,在 90% 置信水平(C.L.)下,确立了下行快中等质量磁单极子的通量上限为 1.3×10151.3 \times 10^{-15} cm2^{-2} s1^{-1} sr1^{-1}
