磁场增强的石墠超导性及其显著的Pauli极限违规

摘要
自旋极化超导体为研究电子关联提供了罕见的平台,但至今仅有少数候选系统得到实验确认。本文报道了在WSe2近似化石层三层石墠中观察到的一种自旋极化超导态,称为SC5。当平行磁场B||=0 T时,SC5的临界温度为68 mK,垂直临界磁场仅为12 mT。令人惊讶的是,随着B||的增大,这些数值显著增强,超导性持续到B||=8.8 T。该值在已知所有超导体中,Pauli极限违规比率至少达到80,而真正的临界场超出了本仪器的测量范围。我们得出结论,SC5在B||增大时经历了从Ising型向自旋极化超导体的倾斜交叉。
