与量子尺寸效应相关的新型能隙行为的磁场依赖性

摘要

对平均直径为4.0 nm的Pt纳米颗粒进行了195^{195}Pt-NMR测量,磁场约为μ0H=23.3\mu_0 H = 23.3 T,以研究纳米颗粒的低温电子态。特征温度TT^*(低于此温度时核自旋-晶格弛豫率1/T11/T_1偏离块体弛豫率)表现出磁场依赖性。这种依赖性支持了离散能级出现的理论预言。
