摘要
由于克莱因隧穿效应，静电势无法约束狄拉克电子。我们证明了通过非均匀磁场可以在单层石墨烯片中约束无质量狄拉克费米子。这使得可以通过磁势垒在石墨烯中设计介观结构，例如量子点或量子点接触。
