哈勃太空镜星系计数V: M型恒星I带光度函数

摘要
我们从郑等人对约1400颗盘面M型恒星的哈勃太空镜观测样本中推导出盘面I带光度函数。我们采用随银河平面高度变化的颜色-光度关系，以补偿银河平面以上区域的金属丰度梯度。得到的I带光度函数在M_I~9.5处峰值，并在M_I~10.5处急剧下降。
