(1000) Ca2N 表面的低工作函数

摘要
聚合物二极管需要不腐蚀聚合物且具有低工作函数的阴极，以最小化电子注入势垒。第一性原理计算表明，Ca2N (1000) 表面的工作函数比元素 Ca (2.35 eV) 低约 0.87 eV (2.87 eV)。此外，其反应性预计更小。这使得 Ca2N 成为取代钙作为聚合物发光二极管器件阴极材料的有趣候选。
