2D岛屿低温形变松弛中的边缘扩散

摘要
我们给出二维岛屿在低温下形变松弛中限制步骤的精确微观描述，其中沿边界的活化扩散是唯一允许的运输机制。特别是，我们能够解释系统为何不可逆地趋向平衡。在此描述基础上，我们提出了计算每个松弛阶段限制步骤持续时间的方案。最后，我们计算了根据我们结果预测的总松弛时间，并将其与松弛过程的模拟结果进行比较。
