Fe$_{1+y}$Te 的低温相图

摘要
我们利用低温同步辐射 X 射线衍射研究了 FeTe 在相图中三临界点附近的结构相变。对 FeTe 粉末衍射图样及峰宽温度依赖性的详细分析表明，在组分范围 0.11 0.13 内发生了两步结构和磁相变。相变过程缓慢，表明正交相与单斜相之间存在强烈的竞争。我们将高分辨率衍射实验与比热、电阻率和磁化率测量相结合，提出了 FeTe 的修订版温度 - 组分相图。
