摘要
我们报告了在 BiSrCaCuO(2212) 低温下异常大的耗能电导率的测量结果。我们以 100-600 GHz 的频率测量了 BSCCO 薄膜的复电导率,并随掺杂从欠掺杂到过掺杂状态进行测试。低温时存在一种残余耗能电导率,其随掺杂变化而随 T=0 超流密度而缩放。该残余耗能电导率大于 d 波能隙节点处准粒子热力学占据的可能贡献。
