摘要
本文研究了若干设施选址问题，这些问题的应用涉及成本和社会福利优化，其中区域地图被编码为二值(0,1)的 m×n 矩阵。我们为所有问题提出了算法解决方案。某些情况过于特殊，无法在实际场景中使用，但它们至少为更通用的解决方案提供了起点。
