左手介质层状结构中的光局域化：光轮

摘要
利用复平面分析严格研究了左手单模波导与右手单模波导之间的反向耦合。研究表明，光在这种层状结构中旋转，形成一种非常奇特的模式，我们称之为“光轮”。光轮可以通过倏逝波耦合激发，或通过在其中一条波导中放置源来激发。因此，这种结构可以被视为一种新型腔体。这是一种抑制介质平板导模的方法。
