摘要
本报告介绍了 LLaMandement，一个由法国政府微调的最先进大语言模型，旨在通过生成立法提案的中立摘要，提高议会会议处理（包括制作法官备忘录和部际会议所需文件）的效率和效能。为应对人工处理日益增多的立法修正案所带来的行政挑战，LLaMandement 成为一项重要的法律技术里程碑，其提供的解决方案在超越传统人工努力的可扩展性的同时，达到了与专业法律起草者相当的稳健性。我们向社区发布了所有微调模型和训练数据。
