长期以来已开发出大量症状量表用于测量临床症状,但这种多样性导致了若干长期存在的问题。最显著的是,来自不同场景与研究的结果不可比较,这限制了可复现性。在此,我们提出一种利用语义文本相似度(STS)关联先前不一致症状量表中症状与评分的人工智能(AI)方法。我们测试了四个预训练 STS 模型筛选数千对症状描述以寻找相关内容的能力——这是一项通常需专家小组完成的艰巨任务。这些模型被要求对来自 16 个国际数据源的 6607 名参与者,在四种不同量表上预测症状严重程度。STS 方法在五项任务中达到 74.8% 的准确率,优于其他被测模型。本工作表明,融入上下文语义信息可辅助专家决策过程,为通用及疾病特异性临床评估带来收益。
