耦合到非共振腔的量子点的线宽展宽

摘要
我们研究了在腔或量子点的共振激发下,光子晶体腔与非共振量子点之间的耦合。测量了量子点和腔的线宽随激发激光功率的变化。我们表明,通过观察腔发射测量的量子点线宽,与理论估计相比显著展宽。这表明量子点和腔之间存在额外的非相干耦合。
