Falicov-Kimball模型的线性和非线性光学特性

摘要
我们在自洽平均场近似下计算了混合价态系统的Falicov-Kimball模型的线性和非线性光学性质。只有当混合价态具有巡游d电子和局域f空穴之间的内建相干性时，才能产生二次谐波。相反，对于f位占据作为好量子数的模型解，二次谐波不能产生。作为混合价态化合物中相干性的实验检验，我们提出测量动态二阶极化率。
