标准模型的5维扩展的LEP约束

摘要
我们研究了标准模型的最小5维扩展，其中所有或部分SU(2)_L和U(1)_Y规范场和希格斯玻色子沿第五个紧凑维度传播。在所有5维模型中，假设费米子局限于3-brane上。此外，我们提出了在广义R_ξ规范下量化5维模型的一致方法。通过分析弱电磁精密测量和LEP2樟脑截面，确定了压缩尺度在4至6 TeV之间的界限。
