同一纳米对象的晶格结构与振动性质

摘要
我们提出了一种确定单个纳米对象晶格结构和振动性质的程序。以单个单壁碳纳米管为例，我们演示了通过电子衍射确定纳米管结构指数 (n,m) 的方法，以及通过微拉曼光谱确定振动模频率的方法。精确且独立地确定结构和模频率，使得对分子动力学计算以及仅基于拉曼实验的结论进行直接且无歧义的验证成为可能。
