5d过渡金属反钙钛矿中的大自旋霍尔效应

摘要
自旋霍尔效应(SHE)在自旋电子学应用中极具前景，而设计具有大SHE的材料可实现超低功耗存储技术。最近，5d过渡金属氧化物已被证明表现出大的SHE。本文报道了四种5d过渡金属反钙钛矿中较大的SHE值，这使得这些反钙钛矿成为有前景的自旋电子学材料。我们证明这些效应源于由自旋轨道耦合引起的dx2-y2与dxy轨道的混合。
