我们报道了在双 GaAs 垂直量子点的自旋阻塞区域中动态核极化的电诱导与探测。观测到的最大 Overhauser 场约为 4 特斯拉,对应于当前器件中约 40% 的核极化。我们提出了一个唯象模型,以定性理解我们的结果。
