强偏离维格定律的应变铅-free多费米亚材料固体溶涶性能显著增强

摘要

通过固体溶解物设计将多种系统的优势组合起来以提升功能性质的努力面临着受制于经典维格定律的挑战。本文成功地通过化学掺杂与应变工程的协同效应,在BiFeO3-BaTiO3固体溶解物系统中化学设计突破了这一瓶颈。与粗体材料不同,在受应变的固体溶解物薄膜中观察到显著的维格定律偏离,伴随着多费米亚性质的提升, 我们实现了显著的斜方性、增强的饱和磁化、大量的极化、高的铁电Curie温度,同时保持极低的漏电流。这些特性超越了其母材料BiFeO3和BaTiO3薄膜的性能。更令人惊讶的是,优异的铁电性质从未在相应的粗体材料中报告过。这些发现凸显了受应变BiFeO3-BaTiO3薄膜作为无铅、室温多费米亚材料的潜力。
