通过一个微观框架 (Nambu-Jona-Lasinio 模型) 和一个唯象模型 (Ginzburg-Landau 自由能) 研究了热密夸克物质中手征相变的动力学。我们关注从无质量夸克相淬火到有质量夸克相之后远离平衡的有序化动力学。有序化系统的形态由序参量关联函数的标度行为表征。畴生长过程遵循 Allen-Cahn 生长律 。我们还研究了稳定有质量相的气泡在亚稳有质量相背景中的生长。
