Jahn-Teller 扭曲诱导的 CE 相磁性材料中的电荷有序

摘要
本文基于 Jahn-Teller 扭曲 MnO 八面体引起电荷有序的论点，研究了 CE 相中半掺杂磁性材料的电荷有序。基于包含 Jahn-Teller 效应的两轨道双交换模型，对 CE 相的基本结构单元——铁磁锶形链——进行定量计算，并表明在电荷有序 CE 相中，Mn 离子电荷不均衡程度不足 13%。此外，我们预测在 Jahn-Teller 效应足够弱时，电荷不均衡会变为负值。
