J-PLUS:超越光谱 spectroscopy III——来自DR3的五百万星的星际参数与元素丰度比

我们呈现一个来自银河系五百万颗星(450万颗小星星和50万颗巨星)的星际参数(有效温度、表面重力、年龄和金属丰度[Fe/H])和元素丰度比([C/Fe]、[Mg/Fe]和[/Fe]),基于Javalambre光度局部宇宙调查(J-PLUS)DR3和Gaia EDR3的星际颜色。这些估计通过构建一个大型光谱训练集并根据统一尺度调整参数与丰度,使用主成分分析(Kernel Principal Component Analysis)进行训练获得。由于J-PLUS采用七个窄/中波段滤镜,我们获得的丰度估计精度甚至好于中分辨率光谱 spectroscopy,对覆盖广泛参数空间的星体具有良好表现:[Fe/H]和[C/Fe]为0.10-0.20 dex,[Mg/Fe]和[/Fe]为0.05 dex。此外,由于之前基于仅包含两个窄/中波段蓝色滤镜的光度金属丰度估计受分子碳带影响,系统误差已被消除,使得光度金属丰度估计可下降至[Fe/H]约-4.0,小星星和巨星的典型不确定度分别为0.25和0.40 dex。这个大型光度样本对于探索我们银河系的组装与化学演化历史应大有裨益。
