摘要
开发了一种基于光电子发射的电子碰撞离子源，用于在约5 T的轴向磁场中、低于1e-4 mbar的压力下电离气体。该离子源仅使用直流场，使其适用于存在对射频场敏感的设备的场合。该离子源在不同压力、磁场和磁场梯度条件下成功进行了测试，并通过模拟对结果进行了研究。离子源中的过程已被充分理解，并阐明了进一步优化产生离子流的可能性。
