关于 $^{12}$C 结构函数在共振区中介质修饰的调查

摘要

我们报告了对 12^{12}C 中束缚核的纵向 (FLF_L) 相对于横向 (F1F_1) 结构函数比率的核修饰进行高精度实验研究。对 Jefferson Lab Experimental Hall C 中的碳和氦原子核进行了大范围动力学的包容电子散射横截面测量,使我们能够在多个时隙传递值 0.5Q23.750.5 \le Q^2 \le 3.75 GeV2^2 下对纵向和横向结构函数进行分离。与在深层电子散射区对 F2F_2 结构函数核修饰的大量测量结果形成鲜明对比,FLF_LR=FL/2xF1R = F_L / 2xF_1 在共振区的测量极少。在本文中,我们报告了相对于氦 (RDR_D) 的 12^{12}C (RCR_C) 核效应 RR 的测量结果。这些结果表明,在 RC>RDR_C > R_D 的区域存在,这要求 F2F_2F1F_1FLF_L 三个结构函数的核修饰必须不同。
