摘要
我们开发了一种算法,能够从快速成像数据中自动提取大量粒子的轨迹,从而可以在各种等离子体条件下对粒子轨迹进行统计分析,更好地理解它们对等离子体性质的影响,并更精确地表征等离子体本身。本文中,我们重点介绍了在射频平行板反应器中获得的结果,该反应器中原位产生了大量微米级碳尘埃。将重标极差分析(R/S分析)应用于尘埃粒子位移,可以将尘埃动力学分解到不同的时间尺度上。结果表明,在短时间尺度上,尘埃位移主要受碰撞支配,而长期行为则受到大规模等离子体涨落的强烈影响。
