M 理论与 AdS/CFT 对偶导论

摘要
本文对过去几年超弦理论中发生的一些进展作了导引性综述。主要关注三种特定的对偶。其一是 IIA 型理论强耦合极限中出现第 11 维,由此产生 M 理论。其二是紧化在圆周上的 IIB 型理论与紧化在二维环面上的 M 理论之间的对偶。最后的主题是导论性地介绍最近提出的、某些反德西特空间背景上的超弦理论或 M 理论与共形不变量子场论之间的对偶。
