小Bi2212 mesa的本征隧穿谱

摘要
报道了对小Bi₂Sr₂CaCu₂O₈₊ₓ mesa的本征隧穿谱测量。隧穿电导曲线在超导能隙电压处呈现尖锐峰，并在c轴方向表现出代表赝能隙的宽化驼峰。超导能隙在T_c处消失，而赝能隙在T_c以上仍存在。观测结果表明超导能隙和赝能隙代表不同的共存现象。
