由 75Cu 磁矩揭示的核壳层演化与形状形变之间的相互作用

摘要
丰中子核的特征是相对稳定核具有过剩的中子(或质子)数。代表核内单粒子运动的壳层结构,可能因核力与过剩中子而发生变化,此现象称为壳层演化。该效应可能被导致核表面形变的集体模式所抵消。本文中,我们通过聚焦丰中子核 75Cu 同质异能态的磁矩,研究壳层演化与形状形变之间的相互作用。我们利用高度自旋控制的稀有同位素束流,并通过包含角动量选择性质子移除的两步反应方案实现大自旋排列,从而测量磁矩。将实验与多费米子关联的数值模拟相结合,我们发现 75Cu 中的低能态在很大程度上是 74Ni 关联核芯之上的单粒子性质。我们阐明了即便在集体模式存在下壳层演化的关键作用,并在同一框架内考量 78Ni 核的双重幻数是否及如何恢复,这也从爆发性恒星过程核合成的角度备受关注。
