量子点中带负电激子复合体的内部跃迁

摘要
我们报道了限制在量子点中的激子复合体Xn-(过量电荷n从1到4)对远红外光吸收的振荡强度计算。磁场在对应于“填充因子”2到3/5的区间内变化。电子-空穴相互作用效应体现在峰位偏离Kohn线以及振荡强度扩展到几个末态上。跃迁密度被用作表征吸收峰的附加工具。
