界面介导的粒子间相互作用——一种几何方法

摘要

束缚在界面上的粒子因其使界面变形而相互作用。由此产生的应力完全由几何形状决定,并由无散度的表面应力张量描述。该应力张量可用于将粒子上的力表示为沿任意方便选择的环绕粒子的闭合轮廓的线积分。所得表达式是精确的(即,没有任何“小量”假设),并且与所选的表面参数化无关。额外的表面自由度,例如描述脂质倾斜的矢量场,可以很容易地纳入该形式体系。作为说明,我们针对几种重要的表面哈密顿量,在各种对称双粒子构型中,用中平面几何推导了精确力;其符号在某些有趣的极限下是明显的。专门针对线性区域(其中形状可以解析确定),这些一般表达式给出了力-距离关系,其中一些最初是通过基于能量的方法推导出来的。
