摘要
我们发展了太赫兹辐射与亚波长金属光栅相互作用的理论。研究了近场区金属光栅下电磁波电场结构。获得了通过光栅的透射波的电场分量和电场能量密度的空间分布。检测到电场的强局部增强效应。分析了近场区透射波偏振的空间依赖性。
