摘要
草本成分呈现复杂的毒性轮廓，常受到内在化学性质和支配吸收和清除的药代动力学（PK）的共同影响。在本研究中，我们开发了一种量子回归模型，用于通过整合 NICEATM 的毒性数据和 TCMSP 的药理特征，预测草本衍生物的急性毒性严重程度。
