RbC60的绝缘与导电相

摘要
对RbC薄膜进行了光学测量,X射线衍射鉴定其大部分为的材料。样品经历了多种热处理,包括从400K淬火和缓慢冷却。淬火样品透射率的显著增加,以及向缓慢冷却样品中观察到的透射率的弛豫,为亚稳绝缘相的存在提供了直接证据。缓慢冷却导致两个导电相之间的相变。
