摘要
本文研究了基于两根半导体量子线间垂直带隙跃迁的红外探测器可行性。我们表明,通过调节线的半径,可工程化该界面合适的能带结构,以实现光电流的产生与探测。该方案还允许基于不同半径线阵列实现宽带探测。
