摘要
受近期关于阻尼如何出现在电极化率中的讨论的启发，我们表明（a）非共振贡献对阻尼存在依赖性，并且（b）阻尼根据“反号规则”进入。我们还讨论了极化率中的阻尼率如何与能级衰减率相关的相关问题。
