等离子体湍流对微波传播的影响

摘要
目前尚未完全理解当涨落尺寸与入射辐射波长相当时,电磁波如何穿过等离子体密度涨落。本文通过全波模拟,模拟了湍流等离子体密度层对穿过其中的微波束的扰动效应。微波束的劣化被计算为特征湍流结构尺寸、湍流幅度、相互作用区深度以及入射束腰尺寸的函数。对于约为真空波长一半的结构尺寸,观察到最大散射。发现散射和束展宽随湍流层深度线性增加,并随涨落强度呈二次方增加。考虑了其对实验和三维效应的影响。
