光学反馈对长腔锁模VECSEL谐波脉动解的影响

摘要
我们分析了光学反馈对外腔锁模半导体激光器在长腔 regime 下动力学的影响。根据腔往返时间与反馈延迟的比值，我们通过实验表明，反馈充当一种解判别器，要么增强要么阻碍多种共存锁模谐波解中某一个的出现。我们的理论分析很好地再现了实验。我们识别出由于增益耗尽引起的时间对称性破缺所导致的非对称共振舌。
