铝掺杂对二硼化镁单晶临界场和能隙值的影响

摘要

通过比热和局部磁化测量,分别推导了Mg1x_{1-x}Alx_{x}B2_2单晶(x=0x = 0、0.1和0.2\gtrsim 0.2)的下临界场(Hc1H_{c1})和上临界场(Hc2H_{c2})。我们表明,Hc1H_{c1}Hc2H_{c2}均随掺杂含量的增加而降低。相应的各向异性参数ΓHc2(0)=Hc2ab(0)/Hc2c(0)\Gamma_{H_{c2}}(0) = H^{ab}_{c2}(0)/H^c_{c2}(0)的值也从纯MgB2_2样品中的5\sim 5降至x0.2x \gtrsim 0.2时的1.5\sim 1.5,而ΓHc1(0)=Hc1c(0)/Hc1ab(0)\Gamma_{H_{c1}}(0)=H^c_{c1}(0)/H^{ab}_{c1}(0)在所有样品中均保持在1的量级。通过将零场电子比热的温度依赖性拟合到三种铝浓度下的双能隙模型,获得了小能隙和大能隙的值。点接触谱测量也获得了非常相似的值。这些能隙随铝浓度的演变表明,带填充和带间散射效应均存在。
