具有集成力与位移传感器的压电式单轴压力池

摘要

我们提出了一种压电驱动的单轴应力池设计,适用于环境温度和低温,并集成了位移与力传感器。该压力池直径为 46 mm,高度为 13 mm。它可施加高达约 45 μ\mum 的零载荷位移,以及高达约 245 N 的零位移力。结合施加于样品的位移与力的信息,可快速判断样品及其夹具是否仍处于弹性限度内。在对氧化物金属 Sr2_2RuO4_4 的测试中,我们发现室温下样品的明显塑性变形始于约 0.2 GPa 的单轴应力,而在 5 K 下样品变形在接近 2 GPa 前保持弹性。该结果凸显了原位调控的实用性,即可在将样品冷却至低温后再施加力。
