摘要
如今，使用扫描三坐标测量机检测螺纹已成为一种普遍做法。与触发式测头相比，扫描功能能够在保持高精度的同时加快测量过程。然而，在某些情况下，精度严重依赖于扫描速度。本文提出了一种补偿方法，旨在减少在三坐标测量机上扫描螺纹时某些动态效应的影响。
