数值模型在铝挤压工业中的应用

摘要
本研究介绍了用于模拟铝在挤压过程中为获得工业型材所经历的大粘塑性变形的数值模型。本研究还给出了由 UNLP 工程学院计算流体动力学小组与致力于此类工艺模具制造的 Madexa S.A. 公司合作取得的成果示例。本研究同时给出了建模该过程的方程组、其数值求解相关的困难,以及仿真工作为公司带来的优势。
