CePtAl$_3$中的非公度反铁磁序

摘要

我们报道了单晶CePtAl3_3的中子衍射研究,并辅以外加磁场下的比热测量。在TNT_\mathrm{N}=3 K以下,CePtAl3_3形成调制矢量k\vec{k}=(0.67600)(0.676 \, 0 \, 0)的单一种非公度反铁磁序。TNT_\mathrm{N}以上的残余磁散射强度以及TNT_\mathrm{N}处比热反常的展宽,可一致地用具有标准差σ0.5K\sigma\approx0.5\,{\rm K}的过渡温度高斯分布来描述。TNT_\mathrm{N}的分布可归因于Pt和Al位点之间占据与位置无序的观察。磁场下的测量揭示了当磁场沿[010][0\,1\,0]方向施加时畴群的不寻常变化,这与约2.5 T时从螺旋磁序到振幅调制磁序的转变为一致。
