d波超导体中的杂质:Kondo效应与STM谱

摘要
我们基于NMR实验的见解,提出了BSCCO超导体中Zn杂质近期STM研究的理论。NMR实验表明Zn附近的Cu离子存在净S=1/2磁矩。我们认为该磁矩的Kondo自旋动力学是微分电导中低偏压峰值的起源,而非纯势散射模型中的共振。我们模型的STM谱在空间和能量上的依赖关系也能拟合实验结果。
