摘要
变形的起始和动力学由变形过程中被捕获的杂质控制。对于钛的α到ω变形，ab initio 方法给出相对于相对稳定性和相之间能垒的变化。基于最近发现的变形路径，我们研究了夹杂的 O、N、C；取代性 Al 和 V；以及钛的夹杂原子和空位。所得的微观图景解释了观察到的现象，具体包括在 A-70 和 Ti-6Al-4V 钛合金中变形抑制现象。
