基于丹麦兽医药物统计计划（VetStat）数据改进猪群抗菌药物暴露评估挑战与方法的机构记忆
摘要
随着抗微生物耐药性的日益增加，人类和兽医抗微生物药物使用的监测受到了更多关注。自21世纪初以来，基于丹麦兽医药物统计计划（VetStat）的数据，已发表了多篇关于丹麦猪抗微生物药物使用的论文。VetStat 建立于2000年，是一个包含兽医药物购买详细信息的国家数据库。本文提出了一系列源于系统静态特征的关键挑战，研究人员在评估丹麦猪群抗菌药物暴露时必须应对这些挑战。所提出的大多数挑战都附带至少一种稳健的解决方案。本文还提出了一系列需要研究人员警惕但目前尚无直接解决方案的挑战。挑战与解决方案的筛选基于一个跨机构研究团队的共识，该团队在利用 VetStat 数据的项目中工作。由于数据集中错误和不一致性的频率会随数据覆盖的时期而变化，因此未进行定量数据质量评估。相反，本文重点关注如何通过建议统一的数据提取和编辑方法，将 VetStat 数据转化为猪群层面的抗菌药物暴露评估，从而为研究目的提供可靠且可比的猪抗菌药物消费估计。
