摘要

我们讨论了利用作者近期发展的从头算高斯嵌入簇方法计算非平衡量子输运所需遵循的关键步骤。我们的主要目的是通过几个例子强调，如果在从头算计算中包含了足够大的电极部分，并且该计算也包含了电化学势差 $\mu_L-\mu_R=eV$ ，则无需在系统上施加静电势 $V$ 的压降。
