场发射条件下单壁碳纳米管的镜像势

摘要
我们用量子化学方法计算了各种结构的单壁碳纳米管在场发射条件下的镜像势。单壁碳纳米管的镜像势可以用尺寸与原子相当的理想金属球的镜像势很好地拟合。镜像势对施加的电场和纳米管的结构均不敏感。当包含镜像势时，发射电流将增大一个数量级。
